Terms of Service

By accessing or using WeGoDive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

WeGoDive is a platform connecting divers with dive schools worldwide. Our services include:

• Dive school listings and comparison tools
• Booking request facilitation
• Reviews and ratings system
• Destination guides and information

We act as an intermediary and do not directly provide dive courses or certifications. WeGoDive charges a booking deposit (service fee) to secure your reservation. The remaining course balance is paid directly to the dive school according to their terms.

To access certain features, you may need to create an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

When using our Service, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Submit fake reviews or manipulate ratings

Booking Requests

• Requests are sent directly to the dive school for confirmation.
• WeGoDive does not guarantee availability or acceptance of bookings.
• Final booking terms are between you and the dive school.

Payments and Booking Deposit

WeGoDive may charge a booking deposit (typically up to 15% of the total dive price) at the time of reservation. This deposit represents WeGoDive's service fee for facilitating the booking. The remaining balance is paid directly to the dive school according to their terms. WeGoDive does not process or hold the remaining dive course payment. Deposit refunds, if applicable, are subject to the cancellation terms displayed at checkout.

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each dive school. Please review their policies before booking. See our Refund Policy for details.

User Reviews

By submitting a review, you confirm that:

• You have personally used the dive school's services
• Your review is honest and accurate
• You have not been compensated for your review by the dive school
• Your review does not contain inappropriate or illegal content

Content License

By submitting content to WeGoDive, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with our Service.

All content on WeGoDive — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of WeGoDive or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

WeGoDive does not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Information provided by dive schools is accurate or complete
• The quality of dive courses will meet your expectations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeGoDive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

WeGoDive is not responsible for:

• Actions or omissions of dive schools
• Diving accidents or injuries
• Loss of personal property
• Disputes between users and dive schools

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, then through binding arbitration if negotiation fails.
